A brief welcome, introduction, and background to A Dash of SaLT. I am Dr Shelli Ann Garland. SaLT is an acronym for Society and Learning Today (or Sociology and Learning Theories). I am passionate about all things related to formal and informal learning, social and educational stratification, equity and social justice. teaching and learning, and engaging your sociological imagination to embrace a more positive cultural and world view of community and society today.
This podcast was created as an outlet for inviting fresh discussions on sociology and learning theories that impact our world.
