About Chelsia Mckie
Chelsia McKie is an Atlanta native and is the proud founder of The Narrative Shift and Beyond The Court. Her Daily goal is to truly change the world, one mind at a time!
Chelsia holds two advanced degrees in her field, earning an MS in Professional Counseling with a focus on Trauma, and a Masters in Education Leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Savannah State University and established an extensive career in Professional Selling that spans the Education and Technology sector. Leveraging her love for students and education, Chelsia has also held roles in the K12 school system, having taught Kindergarten, second, and fourth grades. Also holding roles as behavior specialist and principal she has seen the learning environment from many different perspectives. In her current professional capacity, Chelsia engages executive leadership and serves as a strategic advisor to superintendents and principals throughout the country.
