Stephanie and Winter talk about some coping strategies that have helped her after the loss of her baby son, Sebastian. Stephanie talks about practicing what she would say in different situations, and that gave her confidence that she would be able to honor Sebastian no matter the situation. Stephanie send an email before hand to her co-workers about her openness to them asking and talking about Sebastian, that way they would be comfortable approaching her.
