In this episode, I talk about something that everyone has gone through at some point: public speaking blunders. Throughout this talk, I describe an experience I had last week with public speaking where I messed up a speech and felt really embarrassed.
Sometimes we go into a speech with a specific vision, put in all the work we needed to, and it still doesn't go as well as planned. When this happens, we start overanalyzing what others are thinking about us and thinking in the context of worst case scenario.
