Manage episode 324702941 series 2696932
In this episode we interview Quentin "Q" Williams on the true definition of completion as an athlete. Quentin (Q) Williams is a men’s coach for current and retired athletes, bringing clarity, brotherhood, and accountability to men’s deepest mission after sport. As the creator of the World Class Method, Q is a leading authority on male athlete mental wellness. Q was a 2-sport athlete at Northwestern, where he holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and became a Gator Bowl Champion. After sport he overcame years of Post-Concussion Syndrome by leveraging his own World Class Method.
In this episode we dive into how athletes find completion outside of sport, how mental awareness and money go hand in hand, and the steps every athlete needs to take for a better transition.
