BoD–Books on Demand. Johnson, S. U., Hoffart, A., Nordahl, H. M., and Wampold, B. E. (2017). Metacognitive therapy versus disorder-specific CBT for comorbid anxiety disorders: a randomized controlled trial. Journal of anxiety disorders, 50, 103-112. Lakshmi, J., Sudhir, P. M., Sharma, M. P., and Math, S. B. (2016). Effectiveness of metacognitive therapy in patients with social anxiety disorder: A pilot investigation. Paroxetine, cognitive therapy or their combination in the treatment of social anxiety disorder with and without avoidant personality disorder: a randomized clinical trial. Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, 85(6), 346-356. Nordahl, H., Nordahl, H. M., Hjemdal, O., and Wells, A. (2017).
