He was chosen as one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 and one of the top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada, and has been honoured with Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Medal for his contributions to the Province of Alberta. He is one of the youngest recipients of an honorary Doctor of Laws from Mount Royal University, Calgary, Alberta, for his outstanding service, extraordinary standard of excellence in his work and contributions towards the betterment of society.
