Russell Wardrop is a short, broad Glaswegian who teaches the skills and behaviours of the Rainmaker. A chartered architect and former academic, 20 years ago he co-founded Kissing with Confidence teaching public speaking, his first love: three hours in front of 400 with a flip-chart and a pen is better than golf.
An outstanding facilitator, mentor and speaker as CEO of Kissing with Confidence he is the creative driving force behind the development of Pitchmaker, Rainmaker and Teammaker.
