Brian has a background in food science. He's been in the food and beverage industry throughout his career.It was in 2019 that the decided to take a leap and form his own company. He honed his skills and expertise which brought him to the next company, Bad Ideas Beverage. Here you can walk out the door with a fully manufactured finished product. His wheel house is spirits and ready to drink cocktails but his company also helps to create energy and non-alcoholic products. Brian's belief is to take real food, from real ingredients and with real stories. His clients believe the same thing.
