Lela has been on an extraordinary journey and has been met with many, many challenges along the way. Throughout most of her adult life she was unable to work due to emotional and physical difficulties. She had back problems, knee problems, neck problems, repetitive strain injury , severe depression, unexplained illnesses and finally developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which she had for about 5 years. But with much determination and much fight that was in her she was determined that she would not give up on this life. She has now completely recovered from every single one! And she recovered because she let go of the anger, the resentment, the fear and all those negative emotions that completely consumed her life.
