Syracuse Orange Basketball got destroyed by the Tennessee Volunteers in the ACC/SEC Challenge. Adrian Autry's squad was just completely outmatched, with only freshman Elijah "Choppa" Moore turning in a good performance for the Orange. Chris Bell missed three straight free throws, and continues to be a liability on the floor. Jaquan Carlos played an absurd 37 minutes. Syracuse was without leading scorer JJ Starling and Eddie Lampkin is playing with a bad back. Still, this season could be a disaster for Syracuse.
