Hey! It is Natalie Jill! Today on Midlife Conversations I am chatting with Caroline Pearce about Vibrational training, something I've been instinctively practicing for years without fully grasping its benefits. Initially, I was drawn to it for its soothing effects, especially as I dealt with disc issues in my lower back. While larger machines were common at the gym, having a smaller one at home has been a game-changer. I love using it for planks, functional exercises, and recovery.
