In our third episode of Season 2, we sit down with Malwina Fojcik, Senior Product Design Manager at Productboard, to discuss why seamless cross-functional collaboration, now more than ever before, is essential to modern work environments. Team members – regardless if they are designers, engineers, or product managers – need to be encouraged to take full responsibility of every aspect of a project in order to guarantee its success. Trust is so important when building these lasting and meaningful professional relationships, which is why, Malwina explains, giving and receiving feedback as well as gratitude should be a big part of your company’s daily mantra.
