With over 1,000 volunteers and 3,000 athletes, this was no easy task, but Julia and her team pulled off an excellent week of sport here in Guernsey. Julia talks us through the challenges faced and the rewards given for managing such a huge task and what she’s hoping to focus on next in her career.
