“Where it starts from is within us, 100%, so how do we have uncomfortable conversations or prickly conversations with ourselves. How we show up, how we have self trust, how we develop our own boundaries. It starts within ourselves.
The PACE model, bringing playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy to uncomfortable conversations.”
Welcome to the third episode of the Project Young Hearts podcast!
This is a podcast that asks What does it mean to be an empowered, heart-driven human? How can we navigate self-doubt and external pressures so that we can make courageous choices, step up and create an impact in the world?
Today I’m joined by Jasmin Slattery. Jasmin is a developmental educator, therapeutic mentor and advocate for woman and girls around self expression, self trust, intimacy and sexuality. Jasmin has created The Alice Green Project which is centred in developing the gifts, strengths and talents of each individual, whilst creating opportunities for skill development, self-empowerment and exploration to achieve personal success in all life areas.
This podcast is extra special because we want to feature audio contributions from you—the Project Young Hearts community. We want to hear your voice, as parents or custodians of young hearts AND the voices of tweens and teens. Learn more about contributing here.
I’m so excited to share this powerful conversation and community with you, the Project Young Hearts fam. We are all in this together.
