Karen tells us how/when to watch swim & dive’s Georgia Invite this week before Matthew provides Tigerstyle vs. VA Tech results and some concerns health & performance-wise early on.

On the out of season sports front, Karen & Matthew discuss the gymnastics intrasquad, the impressiveness of the Fab Floor and their viral routines, as well as the awe of seeing Helen Hu in-person on beam. Finally, the trio wraps up with some talk about softball’s much anticipated full schedule, which is TOUGH. Karen provides some data from her upcoming schedule piece on just how hard the road will be.
