Episode 170 | Before becoming moms, many of us have anchored routines into our day that we may not even realize. Waking up at the same time during the week, working out, cooking dinner, passing the same people on your way to work, grocery shopping on the same day every week, etc. So much, if not all, of this is usually taken from us as moms. We lose every single anchor and just float around. This is dangerous for our brains creating burnout, anxiety, emotional and mental exhaustion, depression, and/or simply a feeling of isolation, fear, and sadness. Today I talk about all of this and how we can intentionally pull some simple anchors back in so that our brain feels safe and secure.
