Katie suggests being realistic and giving yourself permission to acknowledge that you're not on your A-game. Then, turn the negative self-talk into a character. Katie calls this voice Jah Jah! To quiet her down, consider that Jah Jah is just an arch-nemesis. Ginger emphasizes the need to understand that you're going to get your "Me" back! Katie shares how we can rid ourselves of the daunting feeling of going into our closets to purge. She suggests starting small and not going all in at once. Be sure to donate your purged items; there are many organizations that are in need. Katie recommends journaling and writing five compliments about yourself daily. She says that style philosophy is not about labels or keeping up with trends; it's about identity.
