Guest: Youhjung Son is a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), artist, speaker, and consultant based in the D.C. area. She received a BA in Psychology and BA in Studio Art from University of Texas at Austin as well as a Master’s in Art Therapy from School of Visual Arts. She’s an advocate of using art as a medium for nurturing the soul, healing the inner self, and for deep self-care. She has also been actively making art and has exhibited work in NYC.
