Ryan Morse is the Owner of Crucible Performance in Frederick, Maryland! They are in the life inflection point business and they do it through fitness and the weight room working with middle and high school athletes. He was born in California and moved in second grade to Frederick, Maryland and was raised there. At a young age he fell in love with baseball but he was never the most athletic and had to work more at it, and grew through adversity. He graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County playing baseball as a pitcher with a computer science and graphic design degrees. That degrees helped him with the marketing and branding of his fitness facility. After college he worked as a government contractor until one day they let people go and most were rehired except him. He kept asking himself in many instances through life is this happening to me or is this happening for me, and this was one of them. Ryan mentions how he entered the fitness industry and what he learned about the body and sales. At one point he gave himself a deadline and it is amazing to see what you can do when you push yourself and get uncomfortable. He explains the meaning behind the company name and logo and at the end it is really all about serving people and having to cherish the challenge!
