No one ever expects a new mom to have it all put together day one right out of the hospital. No way. We are a hot mess the first week, the first month, and maybe even the first year as a new mom.
It takes time to develop habits, routines, and schedules. It takes time to figure out how to get things done in an orderly fashion with our baby at our side. And it definitely takes practice creating consistent habits around exercise.
