This week we are bringing in another milestone, the 6th anniversary of this podcast. I was glad to be joined by my two great friends, return guest Bennierosevelt, photographer and visual storytelling artist and so much more. As well as my friend Arris who is a model, photographer & musician. I hang with a lot of multifaceted people obviously. We spoke to personal barriers and how we have gotten in our own ways to transition to a better version of ourselves. In this episode introspection is the ongoing theme but it's actionable call it what it is so you know what to work on and progress.
