Is self-care selfish? Is practicing self-care going against the bible?
If you’ve been here with me for a little while, you already know my feelings on this topic. However, the message above is one that’s being spread via social media- making mama’s all over the world feel like taking care of themselves is unbiblical. This message is ridiculous and inaccurate. I believe that this message is toxic, and one of the main reasons why women all over the world feel guilty for taking care of themselves.
