- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Mango Jam
- 1 Egg White
- Tonic
- Dry shake all ingredients
- Add ice and shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with tonic water
