Restless nights and overstimulated days, anyone?

There’s a complex relationship between high sensitivity and sleep. Heightened awareness, intense depth of processing, and the modern world bombarding our senses 24/7 makes for major over-stimulation, which can lead to poor quality sleep, insomnia, and feelings of restlessness.

Then, the tiredness the next day makes us even more susceptible to over-stimulation and the cycle repeats itself.

Sensitive folks really, really need good, quality sleep to restore their nervous systems and digest all that input they receive throughout the day!

You can break out of this cycle!
