About Our Guest:
Michael Oliver is the visionary behind Purpose Companies and has served as its CEO and Chairman since starting the company in 2021. Guided by integrity and a servant heart, Michael built this collection of real estate companies to positively impact lives by creating quality sustainable communities for tenants and wealth preservation and cash flow for investors.
Michael has 15 years of experience starting and managing businesses in many different industries before falling in love with real estate. His expertise includes creating national brands with USA-based and international-based manufacturers and marketing strategies to take products from concept to market. Michael also has experience managing local businesses, including running his dry cleaners. Before starting Purpose Companies, Michael built a team of up to 10 full-time employees and virtual assistants in his single-family real estate business. This company flipped just under 100 homes in only three years while building a flawless track record of careful stewardship over real estate investments and investor capital. Michael began learning development in the single-family space as well through several land development and single-family development projects. Through these experiences, Michael discovered that creating a strategy built around finding and acquiring undervalued investment property and meticulous project management would be his recipe for success.
Today, Michael has increased knowledge, network, and capabilities rapidly by aligning with some of the most experienced experts in the Multifamily and Business world and is eager to expand on his track record of success.
