Many women who struggle with autoimmune conditions make things worse by doing all the crazy diets as they try to lose weight and feel better. This is why I wanted to have Margie (a long-time client turned big sister in the WinAtLife program) and her niece, Sarah, on the podcast.

Both Margie and Sarah have autoimmune conditions. Margie has spondylosis arthritis, and Sarah has Hashimotos. Yet, they’ve both managed to put their autoimmune conditions into remission.

Looking at Margie, you would have no idea she is 56 years old. She has amazing skin, great hair, and looks incredible (which she attributes to all the liver, collagen, oysters, and other great food she’s been eating). Sarah is a 36-year-old, single mum, who is studying part-time, and so far, has lost 14 kgs in our program. What these two women have achieved is so amazing, so I wanted to get them on here and share their incredible stories in hopes to inspire others to do the same.

➡️Margie and Sarah’s individual journeys

➡️What they eat on a day to day basis

➡️How many calories they are eating day to day (the answer might surprise you)

➡️The changes they have made and how they have shifted their mindset to play the long game

➡️How tracking their food has been key in their success

➡️Advice for women just starting this journey

➡️And tips for women who are struggling with being consistent.
