THIS EPISODE IS PERFECT FOR… those looking to create more value for both the customer and the business.

TODAY’S MAIN MESSAGE… You need to be an active participant in your company’s innovation efforts. Moreover, anyone can innovate, at any and every level of an organization, and that is why culture is so important. So where do you begin to build this culture? Ben has some thoughts for you.

WHAT I LOVE MOST… everyone plays a part. Innovating is collaborative and active and everyone has a part to play if they are willing.
