Hello, I’m Annie Roy-Barker, your quit panic expert and founder of Your Panic Free Life.
This Podcast explains how the very act of breathing can cause panic attacks.
Because there is a right way to breathe and there’s a wrong way to breathe. When you continually breathe incorrectly, it creates a respiratory disorder called Chronic Hyperventilation Syndrome. HVS for short. And this creates a profound biochemical disturbance in the body that can produce symptoms in any part, any organ, in the body.
Panic attacks are high on the list of symptoms. Now, although these attacks are really ghastly, frightening experiences, they do not present any danger. Because a panic attack is just the natural bodily action of breathing being overdone.
So, here’s the question. Is your breathing making you panic?
