This podcast is narrated by myself, James Flammang. This podcast is meant to provide listeners with stories based on many events that have occurred in my life. In addition, my goal is to provide listeners with an opportunity to see that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, but in order to get to that light, you must find the tunnel.

We often get lost in our own negative self talks almost convincing ourselves that things are always bad with me. Here is my take on handling tough times like a boss.
