Join us as we dive deep into the writings of the Puritans—those godly reformers who sought to bring the Church back to the pure teaching of Scripture. 📖 **What Did the Puritans Believe?** The Puritans, deeply rooted in the authority of the Bible, taught that the gift of tongues was a miraculous sign given to confirm the Gospel in the early Church. But did this gift continue beyond the Apostolic Age? John Owen, Richard Baxter, and Thomas Goodwin all warned against seeking extraordinary signs when we have the **sufficient and complete** Word of God.
