துணைநில்லுங்கள் தற்போது, தும்பி இதழ் அத்தகையதொரு பெரும் கடன்சுமையை மீண்டும் எட்டியிருக்கிறது. தொகை ரீதியாக இதுவும் எங்கள் சக்திக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட ஒன்றுதான். தும்பி இதழுக்கான சந்தா எண்ணிக்கையும் நினைத்தவாறு கைகொடுக்கவில்லை. தமிழ் வாசிப்புலகில் சிறார் இதழுக்கு இது நேரக்கூடியதுதான் என்பதே பொதுவிதியாக உள்ளது. அண்டைய மாநிலமான கேரளாவில் குழந்தைகளுக்கு அத்தனை சிறார் இதழ் முயற்சிகள் பல்வேறு வடிவங்களில் நிகழ்கின்றன. ஆனால், தமிழில் ஒவ்வொரு சிறாரிதழும் தன்னிருப்பைத் தக்கவைப்பதற்குப் பேராடுவதே வழமையாகிவிட்டது. ஆனாலும், தும்பி இதழ் கூட்டுழைப்பின் பகிர்வாலும், நம்பிக்கை கொண்ட மனிதர்களின் நல்லுதவியாலும் தன் பற்றுக்கொடியை இக்கணம்வரை பற்றிக்கொண்டு வளர்ந்துவருகிறது. ஆனந்த விகடன் போன்ற முன்னோடி நிறுவனங்கள் சுட்டி விகடன் போன்ற சிறந்த இதழ்களை நிறுத்திவிடுவதும், கோகுலம் போன்ற நெடுங்கால இதழ்கள் உரிய சந்தாக்கள் இல்லாததால் கைவிடப்படுவதும் தமிழ் இதழியலில் சமகால யதார்த்தம். இந்தப் பொருளாதார அழுத்தங்களைத் தாங்கியே தும்பி இதழும் தத்தளித்து ஒவ்வொருமுறையும் கரைசேர்கிறது. இம்முறையும் கரைசேர நண்பர்கள் கரமிணைவு ஒன்றுதான் உறுதுணை என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம். மீளமீள பொதுவெளி உதவிகளின் வழியே அச்சில் சாத்தியமாகும் இத்தகைய இதழ் முயற்சிகள் அடுத்த தலைமுறையிலாவது அரசாங்கப் பங்களிப்புடன் நிகழவேண்டும் என்கிற கனவும் தவிப்பும் எஞ்சுகிறது. எனவே, நண்பர்கள் மற்றும் அமைப்புகளின் உதவியளிப்பு தும்பிக்கு நிகழ்ந்தால் சமகால பொருளியல் இடர்களிலிருந்து மீட்சியடைந்து தொடர்ந்து அச்சாகும் வாய்ப்பு உருவாகும். தமிழகத்தில் அத்தனை அரசுப்பள்ளிகளும் குழந்தைகள் சார்ந்த நலனமைப்புகளும் உள்ளன. ஆகவே, அத்தகைய பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கு தனித்தனியாக தும்பி இதழ் சென்றடைய, இயன்ற தோழமைகள் அனைவரும் உதவ வேண்டுகிறோம். ஓரிரு சந்தாக்கள் என்றளவினைத் தாண்டி 'கூட்டுச்சந்தா' என்ற முன்னெடுப்பு மூலம் பள்ளிகளுக்கோ சிறாரமைப்புகளுக்கோ மொத்தமாக தும்பி இதழ்களை வழங்கும் முயற்சிக்கு எல்லோரின் பரிந்துரையையும் வேண்டுகிறோம். நிதிப்பங்களிப்பு செய்தவரின் பெயரிலேயே இதழ்களை குழந்தைகளிடம் சேர்ப்பிக்கும் பொறுப்பினையும் இத்துடன் உறுதியளிக்கிறோம். நன்கொடை வாயிலாக தும்பி இதழுக்குத் துணைநிற்கும் நண்பர்களின் பேருதவியை வேண்டிநிற்கிறோம். தனிநபராகவோ நிறுவனப் பங்களிப்பாகவோ தும்பிக்கு நிதியளிக்க 80G வருமான வரிவிலக்கு சான்றிதழ் குக்கூ காட்டுப்பள்ளி வங்கிக்கணக்கில் நடைமுறையில் உள்ளது. ஆகவே, கூட்டுச்சந்தா முறையிலோ அல்லது குக்கூ குழந்தைகள் இயக்கத்திற்கான நிதப்பங்களிப்பு மூலமாகவோ தோழமைகள் தங்கள் உதவிக்கரத்தை அளிக்கலாம். பெற்றடையும் ஒவ்வொரு சிறுதொகைக்கான நன்றிக்கடனையும் நிச்சயம் செயல்வழியாக நிறைவேற்றக் காத்திருக்கிறது தும்பி. குக்கூ காட்டுப்பள்ளி, தன்னறம் பதிப்பகம், தும்பி சிறார் இதழ் வெளியீடு உள்ளிட்ட முன்னெடுப்புகளின் மூலம் திரள்கிற தொகை அனைத்தும் பல்வேறு நிகழ்வுகளுக்காகச் செலவிடப்படுகிறது என்பதையும் அறியச்செய்ய விரும்புகிறோம். அதாவது, தன்னறம் இலக்கிய விருது, குக்கூ முகம் விருது ஆகிய இலக்கிய நிகழ்வுக்கான விருதுத்தொகை மற்றும் நிகழ்வுச்செலவுகள், மூத்த எழுத்தாளர்களின் நெருக்கடிச்சூழலில் உதவிபகிர்வது, விலையில்லா புத்தகப் பிரதிகளை வாசகர்களுக்கு அனுப்புவது... இம்மாதிரியான அகநிறைவுச் செயல்பாடுகளுக்கே நாங்களடைகிற பொருளியல் தொகைகள் கரைகின்றன. எனவேதான் மீளமீள உதவிகளின் நீட்சியைச் சார்ந்தே நாங்கள் இயங்கவேண்டியுள்ளது. தோழமைகள் தும்பி இதழுக்குத் துணைநில்லுங்கள்! ~ தும்பி கூட்டுச்சந்தா நிதிப்பங்களிப்புக்கான விபரங்கள்: தும்பி ஆண்டுசந்தா (தமிழகம்) : ரூ 1000 தும்பி சந்தா (பிறமாநிலம்) : ரூ 1250 --- THUMBI Current A/c no: 59510200000031 Bank Name - Bank of Baroda City - ERODE Branch - Moolapalayam IFS Code - BARB0MOOLAP (Fifth letter is “Zero”) Gpay : 9843870059 --- 80G வருமான வரிவிலக்கு பெறும் நிதிப்பங்களிப்புக்கான விபரங்கள்: Cuckoo Account no :6762513706 Bank :Indian Bank Branch :Singarapettai IFSC code :IDIB000S062 MICR code :635019022 (For clarifications please mail to cuckoochildren@gmail.com or call on +91 82702 22007) ~ நன்றிகளுடன், தும்பி சிறார் இதழ் 9843870059 www.thumbigal.com…
