A former Head of Corporate Brand & Identity executive at a Fortune 500 company turned entrepreneur, my life was going along great in many ways, but the impact of losing my dad to pancreatic cancer, a toxic work culture and an extremely difficult relationship, started to catch up with me. My light was dimming, and I started playing small inside, forgetting what once gave me joy. The hustle culture and continual self-abandonment to please everyone was crushing my spirit and effecting my health. Something had to change. If I was going to thrive, I needed to take back my life and start a journey of healing and radical self-love, unlearning beliefs that no longer served me, and leaning into my faith that the “how” and the “who” would show up for me if I started taking steps toward my purpose and aligning my life with the things and people that truly mattered to me and I to them. As life started to breath back into me, this podcast concept was conceived and a year later it is born. I am passionate about helping women have their breakthroughs so they step into their power, use their voice, align with their gifts and have more joy than their heart can hold! We feel our most beautiful when all parts of us are seen, heard, and nourished and our soul is aligned in our purpose in all areas of our life.
