Set up the stage using a semicircle arrangement rather than formal tables to promote dialogue between panelists. Ensure that each panelist has their own microphone to prevent any accidental dominance in the discussion. Execution: Set a friendly and informal tone before the panel starts to help nervous panelists relax. Involve the audience by encouraging questions and conducting polls to increase engagement.
