In this episode, which is a kind of tribute to my dear departed Dad, I recount some powerful lessons from the man who was a brilliant psychiatrist and my biggest champion. He taught me that if something feels off about the environment you’re in, it probably is—and it’s absolutely hella-not your fault. We dare to break into the uncomfortable truth that many workplaces are designed for a very specific demographic, leaving neurodivergent individuals, particularly those on the autism spectrum, feeling excluded. I share three stories in which my Dad imparted to me more than my fair share of his wisdom, and I'm hoping you to can feel empowered. Is Notre Dame to blame for major conference realignment? 44:11

Joshua wipes the dust off of the old Off The Rails studio, because he has a point to make (and he's been drinking). College football is fixing itself to be an entirely different sport than what we knew it to be just a decade ago - let alone the sport we first fell in love with as kids and young adults. So much of what has been done, and what is being done currently, is the opposite of what's good for the sport, and therefore evil. But where does this evil come from? What is the origin? Who is this bastard demon that St. Michael cast into hell with Satan and all the other evil spirits? Is it truly Notre Dame? There are a lot of arrows that point in South Bend's direction, and for good reason - but is it their fault? Maybe. As always... PLEASE RATE AND REVIEW! Matt is the FOIA king, and has a fantastic grasp and understanding of the ins and outs of college athletics without making outlandish claims.
