How many times have you found yourself overwhelmed with anxiety symptoms, heart racing, weight of the world on your shoulders, feeling stuck in a cycle of fight or flight?

No matter how much you tell yourself something else, or you try to distract yourself or logically argue your mind out of the rising anxiety, you just can’t seem to escape it. You know you need to calm down and address your mental health, but you feel powerless! You’re officially on what I call the “runaway anxiety train.”

In this episode, I'm walking you through a 5-step process that helps you both calm your body and nervous system physically, while also working to rewire your thoughts from the deepest level. You will walk away with a go-to-strategy to use anytime those intrusive thoughts start pouring in that will help resource you from the bottom up and the top down so you’re fully armed to walk into that next panic attack ready to calm right down!

And once you start incorporating this practice regularly, you’ll notice your nervous system regulation becomes quicker and more efficient. You’ll be able to impelment this stress relief strategy BEFORE the anxiety hits full swing.
