Hey friend. I don’t know how long you’ve been on your style journey, pouring into your education, becoming more aware of your shopping choices, and putting extra thought into your outfits. But I bet you’ll agree that one of the hardest things at the beginning of this journey is figuring out how to dress to flatter your body. You’ve probably taken a deep-dive into shapes and silhouettes, proportions and prints. And there’s nothing like FINALLY getting it down and confidently working this knowledge into your daily routine.

But then… things change! You start losing some weight in your midsection. You get pregnant and your hips become even more prominent, like our friend Karen who submitted today’s Q&A Thursday question. Or your feet grow and all of your shoes feel just a little too tight, like mine. (I really need to start accepting my new shoe size!)

Yes, your body isn’t going to stay the same forever. Your style is going to ebb and flow. Your coloring will likely soften with age as well. But the good news is you don’t have to start all over!

In today’s episode, I’m going to help you see how a few subtle tweaks each season will keep your closet on track, your style knowledge sharp, and your outfits looking incredible on you. Let’s explore HOW to dress for your shape and proportions no matter what changes come your way.
