Awareness, it doesn't alleviate struggle - it eliminates suffering
Breath, it doesn't just keep us alive - it frees us to live
Consciousness, it doesn't take you anywhere - it brings you home to who you are
Doing, manifests frustration when the feeling of well being comes first
Empathy will be perceived as sympathy unless you have first learned to understand and accept yourself and the situations you find yourself
