In the day and age where everything is right at our fingertips, how can we learn to appreciate the process. Learning to fall in love with the process and understanding your why. When you finally understand the plans and trust your coaching or team, things become a lot less stressful and you're able to block out the "outside noise". Focusing on the task at hand and being okay with who you are and what you're doing is the ultimate key to understanding and appreciating delayed gratification.
