My college students have been working hard. I have been working harder to keep up with them. We have talked all things leadership, philanthropy and communication. I have used the texts, additional resources, guest speakers, personal experiences, support from my field of colleagues and friends and more to help prepare them for the real world.
With our shared dialogue, it has become ever apparent of a need for transparency, trust, elbow grease and a moral compass in the working class arenas outside of the classroom.
As we near the finish line of yet another successful semester, I hope you discover what kind of leader and what kind of person you want to be. It's more important than ever to surround ourselves with like-minded folks.
