Imagine a pile of toys. There's everything: from stuff you find in Toys R Us, to collectors edition Star Wars figures, to Kaws, Quiccs, Coarse, YeoKaa, and many more. Hidden Jeffrey Koh is the creative director of Flab Slab, a creative agency based in Singapore, and this is their studio. Kayo Cosio sat down with Jeffrey to talk about his experiences in the industry, setting up Flab Slab, collecting toys, and building a creative organization that he could be proud of. One of the key points the two discuss is how society has finally entered the age of the creative director, and how they've been managing to keep up with a fresh spotlight that now gets shone upon men and women in their position.
