She moved back to New York City where she helped to produce the Montel Williams show before moving on to JC Penny as an event coordinator which led her to help sculpt FUBU into a young men’s fashion brand founded by Daymon John and LL Cool J.
Now as the CEO of The Cavu Group, Ms. Short discusses the evolving concepts of diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace.
