President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he was “target No. 1.” He also said that at least 137 Ukrainians, military and civilian, have been killed. Thousands of Russians protested the invasion. More than 1,300 people were arrested. Biden expected to nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
