Back in April 2019 I began counselling. Unsure how long it'd last I wanted to document the journey and made short videos at the end of each session and posted them to Instagram. An important reason was to help give a little insight into the counselling process or at least my journey. There were 6 sessions in total before the therapy was completed. This is all those videos put together as a single video.
