In this Episode of Best Interest Radio, Teacher: Stuart Murray shares his story of how he created a temporary center within his school in which they took children with the highest behavioral needs out of the conventional school system and applied a holistic approach to learning and behavioral intervention which proved to be successful as the students (and teachers) experienced a multitude of positive breakthroughs. They did this by approaching the teacher to student relationship in a new way, implementing mindfulness techniques, personalizing lesson plans and meeting their individual needs, daily discussions about essential themes such as accountability courage, compassion, honesty, respect and responsibility. Engaging in productive dialogue and helping them understand how they contribute to society. He shares his insights and wisdom on different ways we can optimize our Education system to create a better world he has gained through his experience.
