Coach Jon DeMarco joins the podcast to discuss finding balance on and off the court and using his experience in the game to be a transformational leader. Jon is a former college football player, HS Basketball Coach (Boston Globe Coach of Year) & football coach. He prides himself on working hard to help the next generation of coaches/athletes! He hosts a twitter chat to help new and veteran coaches share the game. His insights on the game have led him to having an influential career in education as well, serving in leadership positions within his district.
