The passage of S5E7 (Neh. 3:1-32) shows that leaders must be trusting to have self-motivated followers do the work for them. Like Nehemiah, Leaders must place followers in a position to utilize their talents, skills, and strength for the greater good. A climate of trust fostered by a leader waters the seed of unity and teamwork among the led.
