Well that was a long title 🤯 lol! Well this is an important topic because for countless of people talking about their story brings back so much unwanted emotions that it becomes hard to actually share it with people. In my coaching biz I have a few exercise I walk my clients thru to see where they’re at emotionally and mentally with their story before we embark on the story telling journey. It’s so important to ensure that you’re close to feeling ready to share - because the process in it of itself is a lot to go thru emotionally, mentally and yes even physically. I also talk a little bit more about my current and latest interest with quantum physics and neuroscience 💃🏻 I know super nerdy but they are all connected to story telling and being able to tell our stories succinctly and with conviction.
