For this episode of Brewstilled, I’ll be recapping episode 1 of the fourth season of True Detective from HBO and MAX. True Detective comes back strong with a unique fourth season that contains a disturbing and dark mystery that takes place in Alaska during a time period of everlasting darkness in an extended period of night. In this season two detectives with their own conflicted history reluctantly join forces to solve this mystery in a place that is as dark as the mystery itself.
