#112: Serial-Larry Hall, Mysterious-Charles Peck, and a lying cocktail

This week Deklan tells us about serial killer and reputable liar, Larry Hall. Hall liked to confess to crimes but he was also a known liar so it was difficult to confirm his confessions. Police took an interesting tactic by enlisting another inmate to get confirmation of the details of the murders Hall was suspected of. Hall’s story was made into a TV mini series, Black Bird on Apple+.

Jane tells us about a deadly train accident that injured over 100 people and kill 25. One of the passengers on the train, Charles Peck, made repeated calls to his loved ones after the accident. Well at least his cell phone did, the reality of the incident left people with many questions.
